David Ronald Bruce MacLean, passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at the age of 67 years, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and compassion.  

Though he faced headwinds in life, David never lost his sense of or his love for the vastness of space and the stars. He was a thoughtful soul who cared deeply for others, always ready to offer support to anyone in need. His goal in life was to leave the world a better place than he found it. 

David will be remembered and missed by his mother, Anne MacLean; his brothers, Doug, Hugh, Rob, Mike, and Burke MacLean; his sister, Catherine Usher, and his many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his father, David J. MacLean, and his younger sister, Mary Jo MacLean.  

His warmth, imagination, and generous spirit will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.  

The funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, April 17, 2026,  at 11:30 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church, with Father Fernando Genogaling celebrant.  Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery.
