It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of my brother Dwayne Lyn Turner, March 8, 2025, at the age of 57 years.  
Left to cherish his memory is his sister Darla (Allan Peloski), niece Tamara (William Kuntz), life partner Lisa Mountain, step-siblings, Ladine Drader, Peter (Glenus), Rollie (Chris), Lynne, Paulette (Donny) Murry (Dina), Jimmy (Christine), Robbin (Kathleen), Cameron, and numerous extended family.  Dwayne was predeceased by his brother Jammie Turner in infancy May 3, 1973, his father Donald Turner in 2003, his mother Lorraine Gerwing in 2022, and his stepfather Al Gerwing in 2007. 

Dwayne led an interesting life, but he loved his family deeply, his puppies Sena and Pickles. He was found spending the summers in Darla’s backyard swimming and having weekly bbqs. Spending most of his time watching hockey and cheering for his favorite team the Montreal Canadians.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life bbq for Dwayne Turner and his mother Lorraine Gerwing will be held on May 28, 2025 (her bithday),  reuniting a mother and son together again.
