Frank Kasper Guckert of Medicine Hat, beloved husband of the late Eleanor Guckert, passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at the age of 91 years.  He leaves to cherish his memory three children, Lyle (Lorraine) Guckert of Oyen, Lorie (Tim) Lerner of Medicine Hat and Lana (Corey) Gunther of Calgary; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren, Mark Guckert (Beth Norris) (Leif and Ivan), Kristal Dubois (Jason Allemann), Nolan (Kaylee) Lerner (Leighton and Maddex), Chantel (Jamie) Goldring (Freya and Rowan), Olivia Gunther and Natalya Gunther; two brothers, Mike Guckert and Albert (Doreen) Steinbach; one sister, Josie Fitterer, and sister-in-law, Marlene Parfenuik as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  Besides his wife Eleanor (August 9, 2019), he was predeceased by his parents John and Martha Guckert, four brothers, Michael, Leo, Anton and Peter Guckert. 

Those who wish to pay their respects may do so at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTRE on Friday, February 7 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with the prayer service to follow at 7:00 p.m.

Visitation will also take place one hour prior to the funeral mass which will be celebrated at HOLY FAMILY PARISH (1451 Strachan Road SE) on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Roque Pereira Celebrant.
