Orest Peter Tkachyk, beloved husband of June Tkachyk, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025, at the age of 90 years.
He also leaves to cherish his memory two stepsons, Cory Riggall and Kelly Riggall; two granddaughters, Keirsten (Elliot), Megan (Parker); one brother, Sebastian (Susan) Tkachyk.
Orest was a long time and life time member of the Medicine Hat Hockey Hounds.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Pattison Funeral Home and Crematorium.
