Ruth Bossert (nee Maier)

Ruth Bossert (nee Maier), wife of the late Marvin Bossert, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2026, at the age of 98 years.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Brenda (Brian) Baxter, Lila (Garry) Enslen and Merle (Darla) Bossert; her six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Ruth was born in Kuest, Saskatchewan and attended Green Corn School. She moved to Medicine Hat in 1948, and worked at Alberta Clay Products Co.  In 1951, she married and lived southwest of Maple Creek until retiring in 1975, and moving to Medicine Hat.  Ruth liked to crochet and play cribbage.  

She will be remembered for her deep love for her family.  

A private family service will take place.
